Everyone could use a bit of support when it comes to raising kids… Growth Works is grateful to be a part of the Social Emotional Support Parent Night for Livonia Public Schools. The event took place at Stevenson High School and included resources, breakouts and Q & A’s to help parents navigate complex issues their children are facing. Some of the topics included anxiety, stress, depression, suicide, social media safety, grief and loss and substance abuse. Growth Works Peer Recovery Coaches hosted a discussion around substance use and vaping to help educate community members and parents.
