CLIMB stands for Culture Leaders Inspiring Movement & Belonging. Our goal is to be intentional on how we engage and represent cultures within our agency and the clients we serve. We intend to have a strong impact in furthering our growth as an agency and mission of cultural competency.
CLIMB is our commitment to educating one another and having representative voices throughout the agency. We hope the activities we organize and resources we share are helpful in sparking conversations as well as connecting our initiatives and goals to reflect the goals of our individual employees.
